While everyone's situation is different, Mr Peterson has the ability to balance differing viewpoints while being aggressive where and when necessary. Mr Peterson was always available throughout the process, as well as open and transparent. I had a good result and a great team on my side!

  If you want an attorney that is going to give you the best advice and get the job done, then you want to hire Jim Peterson. Jim worked with me every step of the way through my case and every scenario that arose. He gave me the best advice for my case and was honest with me when he thought I wasn’t being reasonable. I was able to get a hold of him when I needed him, even if that meant after hours. Jim worked hard on my case to get the best possible outcome for me and my children. I would recommend Jim to anyone that is needing a divorce or family law attorney.

  I am a litigation attorney and Jim represented me in my divorce, which was extremely contentious. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the matter and so the case went to a jury trial. Jim has extensive trial experience and has tried over 100 jury trials. We had made numerous, substantial settlement offers to my husband, all of which he refused. We tried the case and the jury awarded my husband substantially less than any of the offers we made to settle.
