My original attorney either resigned or was terminated, and I’ve gone months without hearing from the new attorney assigned to my case. My calls and text messages have gone unanswered. When I requested a new workers' compensation physician, my request was ignored, just like the unpaid medical bills that continue to damage my credit. I do not recommend Bader Law. Many of the positive reviews seem to come from the initial intake process, where Zale Jackson encourages clients to leave a Google review right after signing up. My case manager, Erica Roblero, has never returned a single call or text. Stefany has been polite and tries to help, but nothing ever gets resolved. Bader Law should train their receptionists to provide an escalation path when case managers and paralegals fail to respond. If you're looking for a law firm that is actually responsive and takes client concerns seriously, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
