  When a child is in trouble with the law, it is difficult to know where to turn. That was the case of one of our children. He had been in prison before for his actions, but this time he had been arrested on new charges that seemed to us to be spurious. We and several of his friends interviewed perhaps a dozen lawyers to represent him. Mark Lewin impressed all of us with his willingness to take the case and to meet regularly with us and with our son while he awaited his hearing. After reviewing the charges, he was confident about being able to resolve them. He knew his way around the court system in the county, and he had helpful impressions of the opposing attorneys with whom he would negotiate. He spoke to our son regularly. This gave us confidence in his representation. All of the charges were dropped in this case. This doesn't always happen, of course, but Daniel Lewin is in our view the kind of attorney you want to have in your corner when situations such as this arise.

Mr. Lewin was sympathetic and understanding and stayed positive even though I, an anxious mother, sometimes had difficulty remaining optimistic.
