  On March 5, 2023 I was crossing an intersection when another driver tried to “beat the red light” and plowed into the driver’s side door of my vehicle. I was left with a broken collarbone and the several months of painful convalescence around my left shoulder, leg and my spine. I hired Michael Herron and he represented me perfectly in both getting me the best settlement for both my property damage claim and my medical claim. During the time that we were prosecuting this civil complaint, Mr. Herron became my partner, my advocate, and my friend. He listened to my suggestions and took many of them. He gave me his honest advice and it was always spot on and I took all of it. Michael was able to resolve my case short of a trial and I'm happy to say we settled for more than the amount of the available insurance. It was a big win.
