WORST of the WORST is the LEAST we can say (as MANY OTHERS have reported, but we noticed a lot of those posts have MAGICALLY disappeared), and we have NO idea how the Prasse-Anderson Law Group is still allowed to practice law OR continues to get hired by ANYONE with half a brain (our HOA BOD hired her, we would NEVER have IF we had the choice)! UNBELIEVABLY INCOMPETENT (is putting it nicely), SUPER RUDE, and acts extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and arrogant, all while REFUSING to COMMUNICATE like a human being (forces EVERYTHING BY MAIL and will NOT answer calls, as you can see in OTHER reviews). LACK of ANY true understanding of the actual case and the people involved and/or those impacted. ***ALL this firm cares about is YOUR MONEY and NOT how they may potentially DESTROY your life, your home and/or your finances, all while dragging you through the dirt with NO goal of REAL resolution! MOST of her cases could be resolved over a phone call (LITERALLY... but she will say she is following the rules of the court, which is complete BS). Ms. Prasse-Anderson refuses ANY logical method of communication for resolution so she can WASTE YOUR money and WASTE the courts time. NO sense or skill of actually knowing HOW to resolve ANYTHING civilly, EVER (and probably does not want to because then she could not take advantage of the system and make her money)! Even our own JUDGE Battles threated to have her in contempt of court throughout our 5 YEAR unnecessary litigation, that she DRAGGED our ENTIRE community through and ultimately LOST, when our case could have been solved in ONE day over a cup of coffee (that was the JUDGE'S words, BTW, because HE AGREED it was the most RIDICULOUS case he had ever witnessed in his 40+ active years in the court system)! Ms. Prasse-Anderson missed deadline after deadline, dragging things out just to POCKET more MONEY and infuriating the Judge with WASTING the courts time (again HIS words). We lost DAYS and weeks of work to attend UNNECESSARY hearings that also forced ELDERLY family members from OUT of state to pay for flight tickets to attend, only to get NOWHERE, OVER and OVER. If Google allowed a ZERO review, we would give it. I AGREE with ALL the OTHER 1-star reviews and Ms. Prasse-Anderson's EXCUSES/responses all seem to be the same BS. I would say there is a COMMON denominator here and it is NOT the clients or victims involved. After costing our community OVER a HALF a MILLION DOLLARS (literally settling for $550K after 5 YEARS of HELL) in fees and damages BEFORE our HOA BOD finally "parted ways" (let's just say "parted ways", hint, hint), she still LAUGHED ALL the way to the BANK, pocketing WELL OVER $40-60K for doing NOTHING but causing HELL for EVERY single unit in our quaint 18-unit, South Tampa townhome neighborhood. I could go ON and ON and Ms. Prasse-Anderson will respond with some BS excuse, saying it was all the "other side", ETC, no matter what (here's a hint on that point: the JUDGE disagreed with her over and over). ...BUT guess what she can NOT argue against... ALL the PUBLIC records that show how TRULY AWFUL of a job this so-called Law Firm did. LOOK IT UP under HOA cases with Judge Battles and North Hillsborough Properties from 2017 - 2023! Our litigation is now listed as one of the WORST in Tampa's HOA history (NO joke and 100% ON PUBLIC RECORD). EVERY unit is still RECOVERING (costing each owner over $22K of their own $) from the Prasse-Anderson firm's self-created DISASTER (again, our case could have been solved in ONE day, NOT 5 years), we do not know how she sleeps at night! STAY FAR AWAY if you can and we do NOT recommend considering this firm for anything, EVER, unless you want to experience your OWN living HELL! Best of luck otherwise. *Oh and, IF the firm replies to this post by saying something like we were the opposing party, or this is all exaggerated, or not true, that will be a BLATANT LIE to this post. So, BEWARE and again, you can LOOK IT ALL UP. Prasse-Anderson Firm CANNOT DISPUTE with PUBLIC COURT FACTS on RECORD!!!***

One of the worst attorneys in history! She is rude, and makes it difficult for you to make payments. I went into an agreement to avoid a settlement on past due HOA fees. I have been paying my past due amounts; however she does not have payment links/wire transfers/zelle which take money from your account immediately, and advises to send money orders by mail, or very unreasonable to make accommodations to pay on time. Me and my wife work full time and they are using bullying tactics and they want us to take paid time off all the time to drive 2 hours to her office in regular business hours, or send money orders by mail. I tried her recommendation and mail got returned. With a history of payment every month and going to her office and take time off my or my wifes work she started a foreclosure procedure just because mail with the money orders got returned, and I had to go and go to office get our of my work to bring the payment to the surprise again being served for non payment when I have paid every month my past due balance and new HOA dues. Even paying for things that are not my responsibility. Having a new construction home in the development they treat all homes in the community the same. I did not have to pay for the roof or paintings from the 2006 homes or other maintenance so why my dues have to be the same if my home is from 2023 and brand new. I should not have to pay the same. Attorney makes it difficult to pay so that she can take legal action for things like a check that was returned. Very unethical for not giving direct paying options as an excuse to take your home. We have been paying since Febraury and with only 4 months to go the mail error and her inability to allow flexible paying options and inconsiderate with peoples time and takes advantage of being an attorney to have any excuse possible to take your home!

This attorney trying to take my condo over $1500. Over the summer of 2023 got behind on my HOA fees and the association referred my file to this lawyer. I have since fully caught up on my condo fees and wanted to clear up the matter with this lawyer. I sent her receipts proving that I caught up all of my HOA fees. She responded with more convoluted fees not addressing the proof that I had paid up my HOA fees. I sent her this proof with a return receipt with certified mail and I have signature proof that someone from her office signed it. I called her in response to a letter she sent me recently that did not clarify her attorney fees. I called her and asked her to tell me her lawyer fees and only her lawyer fees without including any assessments because I have a right to know what her exact lawyer fees are. She did not tell me the full final amount so that I know how much needs to be paid to fully clear up the matter. In her anger at me for calling to ask about her fees she also threaten to charge me for the phone call to get clarity on what her final fees were. This behavior is completely unprofessional and very very unethical. Because there is a 45 day deadline attached I am still trying to find out what her final attorney fees are. She still has not told me what her final fees are to date even though I have asked multiple times. Her problem is that she keeps mixing in her fees with the condo HOA fee and I would like to know her fees alone which she is refusing to fully disclose. She is also very hard to contact. I have made several calls before she called me back.
