It’s been extremely difficult to get updates or responses, and the lack of professionalism is disappointing. Clients deserve transparency and timely communication — unfortunately, this firm fails to deliver either. it’s been 4 years I’m just now getting a closing statement. It’s been 4 months since then, I’m trying to reach Kendall Preston or anyone, which has been my 5th maybe 6th Litigation Paralegal I done had since 2020.
