  You never think a car accident will happen to you, but then it does. My car, which I had just paid off, was totaled by a negligent driver who ran through an intersection. Not only was I injured and without a car, but the at-fault driver's insurance company actually attempted to deny liability. Maria Gerber was the right choice during an overwhelming and difficult time. She completely took over every stressful aspect of my case. She inspected the crash scene, obtained EDR data from the vehicles, and was able to prove that I was not at fault. Attorney Gerber was able to settle my case and handle my medical bills, allowing me to focus on recovering and getting myself a new vehicle. Her legal expertise and connections were invaluable to me. I can't thank them enough, and I highly recommend Gerber Law to anyone who's been in a motor vehicle accident.
