  The Lucas Law Firm ran by Jason Lucas. My father is 78 years old. He rented a house from Jim Russell in Port Charlotte Florida. We gave the guy $10,400 and when we got down here to Florida, the man in the house was trashed so I wanted updates done I wanted the house clean painted before I even move in. He already had my money. Well, instead of doing the repairs he went and hired Jason Lucas to evict me and my father. We started renting the house in February from Pennsylvania. We did not move into the house till May 2. So May 12 Mr. Russell hired Lucas Law Firm to kick my father out of that house. Well, we went to court and the judge turned around and said that we owed for June rent I paid that I paid another $4000 on top of what I already gave him. So the judge said to come pay $1700 a month into the court system First of the month. So Jason Lucas got me in his office and said to my father and I I would just get away from this guy. He’s nothing but a lunatic. I mean his lawyer even knew James Russell was a lunatic. He received all this money from me. We were in the house, not even for 10 days and he’s evicting us. So anyway, we moved out. We signed the paper for Mr. Lucas to get out of that house and out of the lease, we have a security deposit of $3000 still not returned to us. Now Mr. Lucas thinks he’s gonna keep my refund and he’s absolutely wrong. I have documents that I sent it to channel 13 Fox News and they are going over the whole file and packet, so guess what Mr. Lucas instead of spending five hours that you told the judge lockdown in Punta Gorda I spent five hours preparing this case! Good for you you spent five hours trying to evict me in that paid rent out into the street! You’re a real hero, dude. But anyway, I want my money back. I want my deposit back. There’s no reason I shouldn’t get it back. I lived in that house for a total of two months and he got 15 $16,000 off of me. I want my money and I’m not gonna stop until I get it. I would not use this firm unless you’re a scrub that likes to hire loser lawyers because that’s what this guy is.
