Seven months wasted waiting for the process of my case, they change my lawyer like 3 or 4 times, they changed my assistant like 2 times, and all of that to tell me they couldn't take the case to court and they needed to send it to another associated firm with them, and in the end, that firm didn't approve it and they have to close my case, and now I have to pay from my pocket the hospital bill because of the injury the facility caused my because of their negligence and faulty equipment, an injury that could have been worse and might have future side effects on me. That facility have terrible reviews complaining about equipment in ver very bad condition, I can't understand why wouldn't you guys continue with my case. I thought Rubinstein was a great option and a prestigious lawyer firm, but I guess I was wrong. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Rubinstein.
