    They do represent corporations. As an individual they were not interested in helping me. I hope they are honest and ethical however it’s best to stay clear of these types of lawyers as an individual.

    I contacted Mr. Cunningham for an opinion on a possible Fair Housing Act violation by our HOA. He was very thorough in explaining the validity of our case and lay out the process. After informing the HOA that we were prepared to file a lawsuit with Mr. Cunningham, they immediately backed down from enforcing the rule that was in violation of the FHA. Should the HOA continue enforcing the rule, we will not hesitate to have Mr. Cunningham represent us in the lawsuit.

    This attorney is reliable & awesome! My Step dad & mom experienced disability discrimination from our landlord & property manager to the point they had to Mr. Cunningham for representation. Mr. Cunningham did an amazing job helping my parents get to a quick & compensating resolution to the problems they experienced with our landlord.
