    Called the office about a liability insurance concern and the person I spoke with asked for the Metlife Legal Plan eligibility ID which I provided. She said an attorney will research and call back. After not hearing back for over a week, called them back and they again said an attorney would call back but never heard anything.

    Unfortunately my experience with Tiffani has not been the best. I utilized her services for small claims assistance through my MetLife Legal Plan. It was a relatively straightforward case but after *months* I received documentation with another person’s name on it. I felt like that was a sign of lack of detail which I would not really want in an attorney. I also felt like it was a privacy concern sending someone else’s documents. It is a good thing this was not something more serious. In those months I had to constantly email and call for follow ups. I have not even discussed the case with the attorney herself because she is unreachable. I have been extremely patient and hate to leave a bad review, but the last straw was the fact that I had called multiple times and they told me message would be sent to the attorney but it has been weeks with nothing. It is frustrating to have to keep following up as if this was my kid and I was trying to get them to do their homework. To give an idea I reached out to her in the beginning of March and still didn’t get complete paperwork until now (beginning of Aug).
