Mr.wood lost one court hearing, and the second hearing was just him alone without us and he settled for the respondent/party agreement. There were many times, we didn’t hear a response and coming near the end of the case we were left wondering. We had to hear from the other party what the verdict was. We just feel like due to the lack of proper communication that we were left in the dark as out a lot things, we agreed to the amount that we discussed as we were confident and so was the lawyer that we had a better standing in this case unfortunately we feel like it’s been a waste of our time in our money for an outcome that was given.
