My wife and I began the process of a residency application for my mother and father in-laws back in 2014. After our attorney unexpectedly retired, we were left without any outcome at all. So, we hired a second law firm to complete the application process for my mother and father in-law. This turned out to be a very frustrating process. Though the application for my mother in-law was successful, the application for my father in-law was denied, his case being much more complicated. We were unable to establish any communication with this law firm, and it became apparent they were not competent to take my father in-laws case to the next level. We almost accepted that we would never be able to get a residency card for my father-in-law. However, my business attorney, who is excellent in taking care of my company's legal matters did some research for me to find a good immigration attorney. Here is what he recommended in his words written in an email to me. William Pincus wrote "I don’t really know the immigration attorneys. But I did some research, and this guy seems like a standout. David F. Vedder, He is based in Central Florida but handles cases world-wide. He is AV-Rated (which, of all the lawyer “honors” floating around, is the only one that is truly earned and not just a popularity contest) and Board Certified in Immigration & Naturalization. This turned out to be Excellent advice. As it turned out, with brilliant legal maneuvers (in my opinion) successful, as my father in-law now has his residency and lives with us in South Florida. The legal staff were excellent, communication superb and the outcome exceeded my expectations, and I might add at a very reasonable cost. I cannot thank David Vedder, Jacqueline Benitez - Practice Manager, Lydia Jung - Associate Attorney, and Christy Ackerman- Sr. Legal Assistant enough. I have recommended them to at least two other friends, one of which has a case with them. If you want the best look no further, this is the team you need. Sounds like an advertisement slogan but it is the truth. Patrick J Forshee.

We were referred to this law firm by the Florida Bar Association and are truly grateful we chose them. From day one, we felt their professionalism and genuine care. David conducted our first interview, and attorney Katerina Qayyum handled our case — everything was smooth, timely, and well-organized. All documents were submitted on time, our input was respected, and the case was built thoughtfully. The result speaks for itself. David has built a fantastic team focused on delivering results and truly helping people. Special thanks to our attorney Katerina for her dedication, support, and personal attention. We highly recommend this firm and will gladly continue working with them in the future. Thank you!

I’ve worked with five different immigration lawyers from across the United States, and without a doubt, Mr. Vedder has been the absolute best. For the past five years, Mr. Vedder and his team have represented me with unmatched dedication and professionalism. After a long and complex journey, my case was finally approved and I received my permanent residency — and it’s all thanks to their hard work and commitment. Compared to the other lawyers I’ve worked with, this law office stands in a league of its own. They genuinely cared about my case and did everything in their power to help me. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done over the years. I couldn’t have asked for better representation. Thank you, Mr. Vedder, Mrs. Veronica, Mrs. Christy, and the rest of the team that helped with my case— 5 stars all the way!
