Could've communicated that in a professional manner, being rude doesn't help your agency. Edit: Kevin, our phone call must've gotten completely different from what you remember. You did give me an honest overview of my claim, after telling me that you'd be losing money as soon as you start working on it. Even after I acknowledged what you said and thanked you for the information, you only responded with "Alright" and hung up the phone. I'm not upset over my case. I'm moreso disappointed by your demeanor and professionalism, which I would argue is more important than attempting to win an online argument with a stranger.
