She told me everything was arranged and he will make everything go smoothly. I called his office the day after she died. I talked to a lady and told her my mother passed away. She didn't say sorry for your loss or anything of that nature. She just said get a death certificate and make a appointment. Very rude. Just what I needed the day after my mom passes, a rude person. I didn't even know how to get a death certificate, and it was obvious she wasn't going to help. No help at ALL. Acted annoyed when I called again with questions. It just annoys me that he had my mom so convinced he was going to be a phone call of help, after she passes.... tell us exactly what we need to do.
