  Brunvand Wise was the best to handle my case! I was charged with Domestic Battery for protecting myself against someone who was hurting me physically. When I had spoken with Bjorn E. Brunvand, he immediately started asking questions and gathering information. Even though Mr. Brunvand didn’t take my case, he was able to pass it along to Danya, who is a colleague within the firm, to represent me. Everyone is the office was friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad I called. They responded within minutes and immediately got to work on my case that day. It was relief having Brunvand Wise on my case. They knew what they were doing which gave me confidence. No one would hear my story until I got ahold of Danya. She gave me hope and the confidence I needed to get through one of my darkest moments in life. Danya immediately got to work on my case that Saturday and didn’t stop until it was over. She was very clear and helped me understand everything that was going on. She worked quickly and accurately. Never to do anything without my knowledge and understanding. She made me feel comfortable. Danya is best!

  Danya Farinella, was Fantastic Criminal Lawyer for me. From the beginning to the end. She explained the Firms Fees, to me, right up front at the beginning. She explained to me, what I can expect throughout the process. She offered ideas and knew of community methods, that would help me in my case. She would call me on occasion and especially before each court appearance (which by the way, I never had to attended), to go over matters in my case. And when, my case was finally resolved, she immediately called me to give me the Good News. Honestly, at the beginning, I was scared, traumatized and shaken by what happened to me. Nothing like, what I was charged with, had ever happened to me. Getting Danya's help, put me at ease and by just talking with her, made me feel, I have the right person, representing me. Danya, is very easily accessible, by text, phone, Email or even a visit to her office and always returned messages, should I have left one. I HIGHLY recommend Danya Farinella for any case, like mine (I'm sure she great, in all her other expertise of the law), and I would not hesitate to tell anyone, that when it comes to Criminal Law, she is, in my opinion, THE BEST!

  Never in a million years would I think we’d find ourselves needing an attorney, and I’m truly thankful that we chose Bjorn to make us whole again. He got us through one of the most difficult and trying times of our lives and was able to prove our innocence and get all charges dropped. I honestly believe that our court system is not designed to care about the “little people” but I am so glad that Bjorn is a man who does. He never made us feel like we were just another paycheck. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need someone who actually cares and is willing to respectfully fight for you, do yourself a favor and stop looking. Bjorn is the answer!   My life was completely upside down. With the help of Danya's support , working with the firm of Brunvand & Wise, and her knowledge of the legal system I was able to turn my life around. I will be forever grateful to Danya in her accomplishments, with no jail time for me. Danya's compassion was like none other. When we left the court room we hugged together with happiness.
