  Having so much on the line riding on my case, I didn’t want to compromise my legal defense. I researched many different lawyers and off a hunch, I decided to go with Danya. She was able to make me feel so comfortable, considering how stressful my situation was. I did everything she recommended which resulted in my case being completely dismissed. It didn’t matter how long my issue took to resolve, she would not settle for anything less than our goal. Not only did we achieve our goal, she was also able to negotiate having my restitution completely dropped, which saved me 5 figures and years of payments in itself. To say I couldn’t be happier with Danya would be an understatement. If I were to do it all over again, I would not have changed a thing. I owe my career and reputation to this woman and will forever be grateful for her service. She wasn’t just my lawyer, she’s a true friend and a great person.

  Danya Farinella, was Fantastic Criminal Lawyer for me. From the beginning to the end. She explained the Firms Fees, to me, right up front at the beginning. She explained to me, what I can expect throughout the process. She offered ideas and knew of community methods, that would help me in my case. She would call me on occasion and especially before each court appearance (which by the way, I never had to attended), to go over matters in my case. And when, my case was finally resolved, she immediately called me to give me the Good News. Honestly, at the beginning, I was scared, traumatized and shaken by what happened to me. Nothing like, what I was charged with, had ever happened to me. Getting Danya's help, put me at ease and by just talking with her, made me feel, I have the right person, representing me. Danya, is very easily accessible, by text, phone, Email or even a visit to her office and always returned messages, should I have left one. I HIGHLY recommend Danya Farinella for any case, like mine (I'm sure she great, in all her other expertise of the law), and I would not hesitate to tell anyone, that when it comes to Criminal Law, she is, in my opinion, THE BEST!

  The team of attorneys at Brunvand Wise P.A. Are the most dedicated hardworking knowledgeable attorneys I’ve ever worked with. Especially Willengy W. Ramos, From our first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings.   Bjorn was more than pleasant and easy to work with. I had a DUI 2 weeks after my 21st birthday and I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out the next steps. The process of the classes, counseling, community service etc seemed overwhelming and very kafkaesque. But the day after I got out of jail I went to Bjorn and he was hyper understanding and helping. He showed me exactly what to do and gave me a folder of all the steps I had to go through and would check in regularly to check on my progress and made the whole process painless. When it came to the court date he was able to get my sentence reduced which was amazing and a huge load off my shoulder. I can't stress how amazing, professional and personable he was and made me feel like everything was going to be alright. I wish I could give him a 6/5.
