His lack to follow up with the case he was hired for has placed negative items on my credit report now. I made multiple phone calls and emails telling him about the bill and the possibility it would go on my credit, he did nothing to follow up. He just wanted to get paid and bill me more in the future is my opinion. Very non-responsive and unprofessional. He keep complaining about being paid, but for what I am not sure. I am making payments as I can. to pay him his bill. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Office of Attorney Regulations as I feel he Failed to take action to safeguard his client’s property and Neglecting his client’s case.
