  I’m a single dad. Together with the Rodger Daley law firm, we secured a decisive victory. My case lasted over a year and covered a number of issues: parenting time, decision making, pets, property division, and relocation. It was an extremely contentious case where the other party refused to settle and consistently made unreasonable demands. I spoke with over 15 law firms as part of my research process, and I knew the odds were stacked against me. I went with the Rodger Daley law firm and worked with two of their attorneys: Carrie and Desmond. Carrie explained the law and my situation with greater clarity than anyone I interviewed and was extremely thorough in her approach. She secured me parenting time early on and laid the groundwork for our ultimate triumph. Throughout the ups and downs of my ongoing divorce, Carrie helped us maintain focus on the end goal and move forward with a unified strategy. Desmond guided our strategy toward the final months of my case, leading up to the trial. He has the remarkable ability to recall even the most minute of facts and quickly turn them into assets we could leverage. On my final court date, he absolutely eviscerated the other side. We layered on fact after fact, argument after argument that stunned them into submission. Desmond absolutely thrives in the courtroom and takes no hostages. Halfway through the hearing, I knew we were headed towards the win. The outcome: we won on nearly all meaningful fronts including parenting time and decision making. I could not have asked for a better outcome. For all the dads out there—if you have children and property on the line and if losing is not an option, then you have to find the best. Carrie and Desmond were the best I could have hoped for.

  Desmond was my lawyer and I primarily spoke to Katy for all of my needs and this team was incredible from start to finish! I got a hefty speeding ticket while down in Colorado being from out of state visiting friends and made a very irresponsible decision going 83 in a 55. I was facing a permanent misdemeanor on my record and some serious driving related charges so I knew I needed a team to help me. What went from a 6 point charge Desmond worked hard and was able to negotiate on my behalf with the prosecuting attorney to a 2 point driving with a defective vehicle and no charge on my adult record. I’m throughly satisfied, grateful and appreciative for such a great lawyer and using this all as a learning lesson to never let this happen again. Thank you for everything!

  Roger and his firm have represented me through two divorces both with small children involved, both times he showed outstanding representation and full attention to my concerns. They are very compassionate and honest. They are always around to answer questions without making you feel like you are a burden. He is very realistic but will definitely fight his hardest to get his clients what they want. I am so thankful for all the work they put into my cases and for the outcomes I received.
