- AHAnnette HarrisonFeb 10, 20222.0My experience with this law firm was horrible. Adding insult to injury, today Thursday, February 10, 2022, was the worse. I'd sent the law firm weeks ago a payment snail mail. Only to find out they had not received my payment in full. To my dismay, I'd been given the wrong address and accused of not writing it down correctly, after, once again, verifying if the said address was correct. The collector tried to get me to pay the financial obligation via their website. I'm not so trusting after been shown the establishment is sloppy when doing business! So! I selected to resend the money today via snail mail again. I've worked collections and found that most people are willing to pay when consideration is given for their current situation(s) . Something this law firm/collection agency straddles the fence on imposing. Yet, they aren't the worse when it comes to legally handling HOA affairs. After the death of my mom, the stresses of handling her complicated estate and the social complications of COVID, I'm glad to finally have funds to pay my account in full. It could have been worse but it could have been a whole lot better had the person handling my account took the time to give good to excellent customer service.
