- SGSuzie GannettSep 10, 20241.0zero stars! our HOA in Dillon CO used them for collections and a lawsuit. They basically did nothing, unknowledgeable in law, lazy and they dont bother researching the case. and they over charged us! Now I know why 2 other Summit HOA's fired them. Useless and expensive

As a business professional myself, when you say that you are going to do something it is only right that you follow through. At the end of the day, money is money... but good character and integrity is invaluable.
