- JBJay BSep 26, 20241.0This law firm lack acceptability and has terrible communication. Mark made it seem as if he was going to jump right on my case, but to my surprise he did nothing for 2 months. I signed documents and sent him additional information after signing and no one mentioned I missed 1 document that was sent after the initial signed documents. It was 2 months later i sent more information, that's when I was informed I was missing signed documents. So they sent a letter for non representation. 2 months wasted when I could've been look a respectable law firm.

I could then focus on my recovery. I did not have to worry about dealing with insurance company's or any medical bills that came in. This was a huge relief for me. I did not want to be taken advantage of by the person at fault or their insurance company. If i had questions or concerns Mr. Simon would contact me to explain. I was always given the steps that would be taking place during this process. Once everything was settled I did not have to pay any bills. Mr. Simon took care of it all. Stress free!! Initially he was very excited to take my case, but along the way I noticed he didn’t know details and seemed unconcerned. If I didn’t initiate communication, I was too often oblivious to pertinent info. Maybe he had too many clients, or other cases that would bring a higher return. In the end, I was alone in my stance and underwhelmed with his efforts. Normally I don’t bother with reviews, but when decisions impact a career/future earnings, I’m compelled to say find another lawyer. Too late for me.
