- RRRickJul 21, 20255.0I highly recommend Ashley and I will for ever be grateful for the battle she went through for me. We were put on the spot with what I would describe as court room surprise attack with a lot at risk. On the fly she prepared a counter and defense over lunch. She came back and knocked it out of the park ending with the Judge admonishing the other side and us essentially winning. It was amazing to see a super talented attorney in the trenches in a high pressure situation. Hope for the best and for things to go smoothly but if it turns to a fight you want a monster on your side. Thanks Ashley. I'm still grateful!

- KAKarters AuntMay 15, 20241.0The following reviews prior to this one, communicate facts about this firm. Ms. Moodie and her firm overbilled and was negligent in handling a seemingly simple task. They did not file documents as they were paid to do, which is paramount in any case. The issues they caused by this act alone, is malpractice. I would highly recommend anyone with an issue with this firm to contact the Attorney Regulation office, especially on the billing issues, not providing documents, not returning calls and certainly withdrawing without your knowledge. Audit your bills. Further, I would recommend a malpractice attorney and hold them accountable for their egregious behavior. Don't get sucked into their billing tactics and their over zealous niceness at first, they only want to bill you and not fulfill their contractual duty.

Not very professional. I am not sure whether they are just very over extended and have more clients/cases than they can handle in timely manner or if small cases are just not priority.
