- DVDiana VigilApr 28, 20251.0Please look elsewhere. This attorney was not communicative, forgot everything I told her numerous times, and extremely unprofessional. The final nail was that she didn't even attend the final hearing with the judge, so I was not represented that day, yet completely charged me in full. Constant paralegal turnover.

My ex took my child it was progressing off and on and it got to the point where I no longer had parenting rights. I found a referral service and they sent me info on Catherine. I called and spoke to Catherine on Super Bowl Sunday. She took my call of all things which impressed me so much. When I told her what had happened. She agreed to help me. I cannot tell you the issues we ran into but she pushed forward and now over a year later helping me with this very messy child custody. I won! She asked me to send her the documentation ahead of time, but on the call she clearly hadn't reviewed a single page. While I spent the call describing the basic details of my divorce, she spent the entire call criticizing my mediators and previous agreements instead of discussing the next steps for my case. She ended the call by saying that she'd need to "reread" the documents and would get back to me by Monday... it's been weeks and I haven't heard from her. Stay far away!!!!
