  Hired David to help us with an executor and he strung our case out longer. That's what I get for paying less trying to find legal help. There are good and bad lawyers. David is probably on the lower end of the spectrum. Response time was definitely on the slower end. (1-2 weeks if lucky) There was absolutely zero accounting of the time he used. He will just randomly send you an email requesting additional funds. Probably one of the most embarrassing things on his end was spelling my name wrong on all email correspondence. You'd think if you were going to charge someone $68 to just read an email you could at least look at the signature line to get the name right. 😂 You should never rely solely on reviews to make a decision however after some basic searches online I was able to find legal representation to truly help my case. Unfortunately it was a few thousand dollars too late. Good luck.

  D Ritzinger is really great walked me threw a few issues that required the need of legal assistance even issues that were not directly related to his advertised line of legal discipline I consult with him before choosing any other ventures he's honest enough to tell you when he can help you with something and even honest enough to tell you that you may need to seek other legal advice elsewhere it really just depends on the magnitude of your legal situation.

  Was a client with David , very helpful since day 1. At first I was hesitant because of the previous reviews but I’m the type of person that I don’t believe till I see it myself . Luckily I picked him as my lawyer. He was a big help on my part. Got problems every now and then but he always assured me everything will be ok. Got my plan confirmed even we encountered problems with the trustee. He’s funny and very smart guy. He always gets back to me right away if I have some concerns re my case. Very knowledgeable and accommodating . 1 to 10? I’ll give him 10! Thanks David for all your help !! I’m good now .
