- VVVincediesel1Aug 2, 20251.0From 2022-2024, my 3-year-old son was the subject of over 40 unsubstantiated CPS reports, forensic interviews, invasive medical exams, and multiple SPD interrogations initiated directly/indirectly by his mother in a malicious attempt to influence our custody trial. In 2024, family court Judge Fatarsi ordered that my 5 year old son retain Amaral for "minor's council." Within two months, Amaral dragged "her client" (my barely 6-year-old son) into the courtroom and Judge Fatarsi forced him to choose which parent he wanted to go home with. I objected under the grounds that a 6-year-old child lacks sufficient age and maturity to express intelligent opinions on parental custody/visitation and is against a child's best interest. I maintain that Amaral alienated, groomed, and manipulated my child, and both Judge Fatarsi and Amaral are complicit in psychological child abuse by allowing my son into the courtroom forcing a child to make adult decisions concerning where to live. Everyone knows Amaral's negative reputation; she only cares about your money in her wallet without regard to the long-term damaging effects of psychological abuse on children.
