  I reached out to the Cohen team with general questions about insurance and how to protect myself in the event of an accident. I received a personal voice response that answered all my questions, not just a generic email. It is so valuable to know that even though I am not yet a client, they were happy to give me some insight about my concerns.   Mr. Wayne Cohen got back to me about some questions that I had about a personal injury case. My injury happened several years ago and I did not understand my rights at the time. I don't think that my personal case could ever go to court, but I did find out some important things when I heard back from Mr. Wayne Cohen. One was that if I already have a settlement that I think is fair, then I don't need to go to court. The second thing was how do I know if I am hiring the right kind of lawyer and he let me know that when you want to take an injury case to court, you definitely need an injury lawyer. I actually live in Arizona and I have heard that a lot via the news and advertisements, that you need an injury lawyer for these types of cases. That might be more obvious for someone who is familiar with the legal system, but since I have not ever been able to take one of these cases to court, I am unfamiliar with the process and so I hope this review helps someone get a basic, beginner understanding of the process. He was friendly, explained things clearly, and was professional - even though I am certain he gets asked these same questions every single day. Mr. Wayne Cohen takes his work seriously and is someone you definitely should consider hiring.
