    Couldn't understand Atty, he mumbles. Doesn't answer direct questions, lies, writes up false allegations against innocent tenants. Tries to terrify tenants and uses threats as opposed to finding out what's going on because he is being lied to. He does not have an open mind. He is representing BMH N DEL AMO GARDENS WHO THIS ATTY WAS BROUGT IN TO GET RID OF TENANTS. WITHOUT HEARING BOTH SIDES, HE TAKES WORD OF MGR FOR TRUTH - BIG MISTAKE. IT IS ILLEGAL TO CONTINUE HARASSING TENANTS WITH FALSE ALLEGATIONS

    Previously known as Hart King, they stole homes from people during the pandemic, they didn't o serve any of the protections put in place for people, they go by their own laws and don't care if the parks are doing illegal practices. They protect those you take advantage of the most vulnerable in communities and don't care. They are only out to protect the worst of the worst. It is very sad. On top of that they do not notify the proper people to inform them of the repossession of property so people are still charged property taxes and ownership fees even though they don't have the homes anymore. They are very bad people helping bad people then they hide and change their name. Wow so sad that they are so cruel.
