You were not at all prepared for my appointment, your receptionist clearly stated 12pm as the appt. time but the day of the appt. then said that it was at 2pm. I sent you an email with the document in need of review and prepared to ask further questions and you just sat there in silence asking what you could do for me even though I spelled everything out in the email. It was a simple initial review and I'm glad I only sent over 1 document versus everything I needed assistance with. Such a waste of my time.
