    Just awful, terrible attorney and terrible person. He will take your case and then drop you after he has extracted as much money as he thinks he can from you.

    I worked with Don on a difficult civil matter. I met with Don himself and he stated that I could get my property or some sort of settlement. We agree to move forward and as expected it was a tough case. Don kept me apprised of any and all legal rebuttals and we moved forward accordingly. Don even coached me to NOT proceed in a certain direction due to legal complications as a result of my short sightedness. Don is a direct, honest and in my opinion a fearless attorney that was not afraid of opposing counsel (great quality). I wish to thank Don and his team but more importantly Don as he continues to answer my occasional legal questions. If you are looking for an attorney that honestly has your back Don is the guy. Again honest, straight forward, fearless and a genuine person that you can call for the simple to the complex legal stuff! Thanks again Don!

    I was advised to contact Mr. Holben in regards to a civil case. As a person who is hearing impaired and disabled Mr. Holben was very rude, and unprofessional. He did not want to listen to my issues and or concerns regarding a civil matter. As a person of color and disabled I am being discriminated against 2 state agencies that are supposed to help the Disabled. Mr. Holben said to me that "there is nothing he can do for me." Do not use this Attorney for anything he is very rude, unprofessional and does not care and or listen to people. He acts like and think that just because he is an Attorney everyone should listen to him. He has been reported to the California Bar Association.
