This attorney really knows the law and has assisted our family and friends with the best advice we have ever received re a DUI charge and trial case. I would highly recommend him for any criminal law issue but especially DUI. His knowledge & experience is worth his weight in gold!

I walked in to the store and my friend asked if I knew a good lawyer. I said yeah ," Chistopher Whelton !" It has been 15yrs or more since this man represented me but I will never forget ! Everything you want and need in a lawyer. He made me feel like he was going through my trouble with me not just representing me. Tenacious but compassionate. Might be strange after this long to review him but he was an important part of my life for a little while

Due to some unfortunate circumstances that I do not wish to memorialize here. I was referred to Attorney Whealton through a friend who has used him in the past. He and his Paralegal Lupe were so incredibly helpful in interpreting all of the legal jargon into plain English that I can understand. Lupe was particularly helpful in submitting all of my important documents to the court and keeping me up to date on my case. Attorney Whealton was able to negotiate with the district attorney on my behalf and advise me on my best possible outcome. The judge was ready to throw the book at me and Attorney Whealton used his experience and expertise to reduce my sentencing down to a slap on the wrist! I highly recommend!

It was easy to communicate. Clear explanations without false expectations. Also I would rather like to trust a person who appears in Ironman Triathlons.
