  I was falsely accused of civil harassment by my boyfriend's malicious ex-wife, so I hired Melinda to defend me. At the hearing my testimony and that of my accuser were almost identical; the facts of the case were undisputed. When the other side rested, Melinda simply stood, addressed the court and made a motion that the court find in my favor as a matter of law stating that my accuser had failed to prove a single element of civil harassment, and the JUDGE GRANTED HER MOTION! Here in Texas this is known as winning on a motion of summary judgment. Melinda was well-prepared, thoroughly versed in the law, efficient, succinct, wise and deadly effective. She was so professional and compassionate with me that I came to adore her. She's the kind of woman I would choose as a friend even had I not had the pleasure to work with her professionally. I was backed into a corner and she came out like a bulldog in Gucci and graciously handed Mr. Harvey and his client their asses. She's good people, y'all. Hire her. It's the right thing to do.

  Melinda helped me through the most difficult time in my life, a custody dispute.
