Every time I reached out for clarity or reassurance, I was met with impatience or vague, unhelpful answers. There were almost no proactive updates on my case. Weeks and sometimes months would pass without any communication, leaving me completely in the dark about what was happening. I constantly felt confused about the status of my claim, what steps were being taken, or whether any progress was being made at all. Any information I did receive was inconsistent or unclear, which only added to my frustration. The delays were exhausting. Simple questions took far too long to be addressed. Instead of feeling supported, I felt ignored and unheard, as though my situation wasn’t important enough to deserve attention or urgency. I expected guidance, advocacy, and professionalism, but what I received was the opposite. Overall, the entire experience left me feeling that my case was a waste of time and energy. Rather than easing the stress of an already challenging situation, this firm added to it. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and communicative legal support.
