  Highly recommend Eric Symonds — especially in family law. Been with him for 2 years for my Child Custody case that evolved into a DVRO case against me to keep alienated from daughter. Debra, his paralegal, is also extremely prompt on whatever is needed to be booked or filed. Eric has always been extremely up front with me on what I needed hear, and do. I now walk out with more court ordered weekly visits, and overnights with my daughter after every hearing. I owe the world to Eric for his efforts keeping my daughter in my life.

  Eric is absolutely outstanding and will fight for you like you're family! I can't say enough nice things! He has helped me twice now and I am beyond grateful for all his and his staff's hard work! A big thank you to Debra and Barbara as well!

  I had a consultation with Mr. Symonds today. He took his time with me, he was very thorough and knowledgeable. Coming from the legal field myself I felt confident with his experiences and ability to explain possible outcomes for me. Every situation is different and there is an attorney for every situation and personality; however I wouldn’t choose prior to meeting with Mr. Symonds first.

  To future clients of Eric W...I would like to address some facts... Eric W enough w/the derogatory statements i.e Chip on his shoulder the size of the N.D, whatever your struggling thru at this point in Life...let's get to the facts.....no one is gauging your abilities as a Lawyer, we are just stating the facts from previous reviews that you have a tendency to side w/your friends instead of representing your clients to your utmost abilities..this is something you're always done in your personal Life and has apparently carried over to your professional Life. Apparently you don't know the difference between a fact or grievance (from the D.Cortes review)....yes you have never represented us(me or Mr.Cortes) nor do I want you to.... Next fact; as an ARMY Veteran of Operation Iraq Freedom, that actually earned a pin..(cross rifles) earning the title of ARMY Infantryman...Please acknowledge the fact that you have not earned the title of Marine....as in present T.V. commercials it is still required to earn your EGA(Eagle, Globe and Anchor) pin to claim the title of Marine..it is to my understanding you yourself have made several post i.e Happy Birthday to my Fellow Marines.... As to the review of Annika S you favored her husband, (a Marine) due to the fact you were claiming to also be a Marine..you were at most a recruit in the Marine Corp, I give you that, you were hurt during boot camp training, didn't graduate and now go around claiming the title of Marine...we have terms for this in the ARMY such as, broke D--ks and sick call Rangers and since you never earned your EGA(Eagle Globe and Anchor) pin...Stop claiming you were ever a Marine...!!! In typical Eric W/Lawyer like behavior you failed to Acknowledge the factual review(D.Cortes)about you.. We do not need your contact #'s this does not need to be talked about...the facts need to be acknowledged by you Eric W and shared with future clients (not a Marine) and to Quit siding with opposing council.... You will not hear from me, because in your false compassion to Mr.Cortes (whatever you're struggling thru at this point in Your Life) I, nor Mr.Cortes are struggling thru anything in Life.....
