  Spent over a year and maxed out credit card to retain Gerry and the associate he assigned to me. Never felt like a priority among the cases they were managing, and near the end had to push for a non-ideal divorce agreement to get a toxic ex that was abusing me to move out. Gerry's staff always made sure to bill me on time and even submitted their withdrawal from my case the same day I said I wasn't happy and would shop other attorneys - no follow up email, no confirmation, no parting thanks for the work. So there's that.

  I've been using this Law Firm since 2021. Gerald Maggio is really good, but like always there's no guarantees and you might not get what you expect in court. Also like everybody else, expensive. Luck of the Draw too on what judge you get. Thanks for all of your guys's hard work so far.

  I hired Gerald Maggio to represent me in a spousal support dispute in January of 2022. The process was a pointlessly lengthy one due to many obstructions caused by opposing counsel and my ex, but Mr. Maggio was a godsend throughout the entire process. As things dragged on for more than two years - a ridiculous amount of time for what this should have entailed - his encouragement and support throughout were invaluable. I would have given up many times over were it not for Mr. Maggio and his wonderful team. His representation of me was excellent from start to finish. The many problems and setbacks we were forced to overcome across this arduous process were handled exceptionally well and when all was finally said and done, we arrived at a very favorable resolution.   Gerry helped me through the most trying part of my life. He was there to answer any and all questions my family and I had even on the weekends. The case was resolved; I have started a new chapter in my life. To this day Gerry has remained a good friend.
