  Spent over a year and maxed out credit card to retain Gerry and the associate he assigned to me. Never felt like a priority among the cases they were managing, and near the end had to push for a non-ideal divorce agreement to get a toxic ex that was abusing me to move out. Gerry's staff always made sure to bill me on time and even submitted their withdrawal from my case the same day I said I wasn't happy and would shop other attorneys - no follow up email, no confirmation, no parting thanks for the work. So there's that.

  I've been using this Law Firm since 2021. Gerald Maggio is really good, but like always there's no guarantees and you might not get what you expect in court. Also like everybody else, expensive. Luck of the Draw too on what judge you get. Thanks for all of your guys's hard work so far.

  Please note that there’s still a monthly review fee, even after hiring is complete and no actions are pending—much like how medical bills can continue even after treatment ends. Honestly, the outcome might have been better if I had just represented myself, instead of spending $8,000 with little to show for it.

  Mr. Maggio is very polite during consultations, and he made me believe that he could help me with my case. I paid twice for his consultations. He said he was going to take on my case, but when I went to sign the agreement another lawyer was waiting for me. This was a meeting that Mr. Maggio agreed to and was supposed to show up at, in HIS offices. Julie Ringquest was waiting for me, who apologized for his absence and explained that she could help me. I didn't think that he would approve for anyone for a meeting in his offices who was not a part of his company. I was misled, I ended up hiring her being. She ruined my case, I lost so much time and money. She did nothing for my case; she wasted my time, money, and ruined my case. Mr. Maggio should not have been a part of misleading me. When I emailed to confront him, he completely denied that he accepted to take on my case. Then I don't see why he confirmed an appointment in his offices. He should not allow for lawyers that are not associated with him to have meetings in his offices. Steer clear, don't get tricked.
