    I reached out to the Law Offices of Eric P. Oren as a prospective client, but was disappointed by the lack of communication and urgency. It was difficult to get timely responses, and I felt like my inquiry wasn’t even close to a priority. While I understand firms can be busy, a little more follow-through would have gone a long way in building trust and professionalism. Hopefully, they can improve the intake process for future potential clients.

    Mr. Oren and his and his team Lupe and Sandra truly exemplify the highest level of professionalism. They were so patient and understanding of my concerns, they were readily available to take my phone calls and answer my emails, they helped me feel like things were accomplished in a timely manner, they were extremely knowledgeable in the area of my concerns, they were so reassuring during a difficult time in my life, and they were so attentive and thorough in helping bring my concerns to a positive resolution. I cannot thank them enough.
