Not only did he get us a great plea offer, when offered different options for the plea agreement, his experience definitely guided us in the right direction. Had we gone with my choice, it would’ve come back to haunt us! A few years later, another one of our children had an issue in the workplace. I reached out to Josh for guidance because I trusted him, even though I did not know if it was the type of case he handled. He took the time to have a long conversation with us and took the case for a flat fee. I was able to view the back-and-forth emails between him and the other litigator, and he fought for my child and we ‘won’ our case, for lack of a better term. Talk about fighting for justice!!! Josh will take the time to KNOW you. You won’t be dealing with a bunch of paralegals who are billing you in 10 minute increments every time they respond to your email.
