Upon my agreement, he created all relevant documentation, legal and otherwise, for assets, health, and final wishes. Yes, it's odd to do such planning for yourself, especially when it's not really for yourself but for your chosen beneficiaries. Eliminating 'lifelines' such as 'phone a friend', 'ask the audience', and '50-50' none of which will be available to me I now get to make the 'Final Answer'

He was patient, answering my questions. And at the end - not only did I have all the documents, signed and notarized, but Jeff gave me a 3-ring binder, with the instructions my heirs would need (and I can use), a step by step review of what each documents means and what must be done. I'm guessing I'll be making revisions in the future, updating names, gifts, and yes, I'll be returning to Jeff....and I'll be referring friends to him. We need this expertise.
