- DDDakota DavisNov 13, 20251.0I called this firm on November 5th to schedule a consult. I was informed the consult was scheduled for the following Thursday (11/13/25) at 1pm. There was no communication between the firm and I until the day of the consult. I received a text message, not even a phone call, at 9:16 AM telling me there’s a “conflict of interest” so the attorney wouldn’t be taking my case. Be that as it may, that’s 7 full days to relay that message to me, but they decided to wait until the day of the consult to inform me. I was told the attorney was out of state, and couldn’t look over the notes. I do believe there are multiple forms of communication in the world we live in. They had my phone number and my email address to get in contact with me. I have screenshots of the messages, but I’m not sure if Google will let me post them. I hope this firm invokes better methods to communicate with their future clients.
