I only called for a question and right off the bat I told them if they were busy or didn't have time for my question I understood. They said go head and ask, then they told me they weren't a lawyer and couldn't answer my question. They passed my information to a lawyer who got back to me. The lawyer called me back just to tell me off a little and tell me to research my question. The lawyer and receptionist asked me a dozen times total if I lived in Fairbanks Alaska( I guess they get calls from people that don't stay here all the time). I can't speak for the other firms in the area, but from other Google comments it seems to be a common run in.
