They use to be pretty helpful, but now the store seems to be under new management and if you go in there, all they tell you is that this location is only for new policy sales. They don't help with claims like they use to or anything else at all. They sure are eager to pass you off to a 1800 number though. Well, you can just pass people off to the website for new policies and close this location down.
