They have no integrity and honor for a new client. I made them aware of several things and emailed concerns and was assured it was fine. Several days later my premium goes up. Not once but twice, on things that I previously mentioned to them. It's all a scam to just screw me over. The lack of compassion and knowledge is just ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this agency at all.
