I found in Wisconsin's unclaimed property where a check issued to my deceased mother was returned to the company back in 2011. Sam has tried to get this refunded to me since mid-June. Despite some pretty lackadaisical accounting people, Sam never gave up and I received a check this week. Not only was Sam always cheerful and pleasant, she was tenacious! Thank you, Sam!! You were great!
