    I've used Oneida Title twice now to transfer land and both times went exceptionally well. I worked with Jeanne both times and she's phenomenal. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

    Wish I could give this comany a Zero. Everything is still a disaster. We may own the private road but they will not tell us. I ended up doing my own research and the private road and located possible person but doing more research this property was listed in 2013 with gravel private road. They told the seller she had to put money aside for our own access. Then I come to find out more information that 5078 has no legal access to this mystery private road. JS will not give any information so we are under the impression we own this private road. I will NEVER use this cut throat company again it's been nearly 1 year and it's one jacked up mess. People that give this company 5 stars needs there head examined.

    I am only giving a one star rating because they don’t allow you to give a zero star. After talking to JS about a simple land transfer, we agreed on the price I gave her all the paperwork and she said she would proceed and it would be a few weeks. This constitute a verbal contract. I was never contacted again. After three weeks I called and she said she was waiting on something. We set up an appointment for closing I heard from The seller that is closing was closed called about it and she apologized saying she thought I knew. We scheduled a second closing again, not hearing from her and only from the seller. I called her to find out why, she was short tempered got angry and said she was canceling our deal and she hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. I was left, scrambling to get everything handled in time to close. She cost me a great deal of time, stress and money, with her breach Of contract. I will never recommend this company.
