  We've been insured through this agency for several years now, and we've always received exceptional service with friendly and professional communication from Joe and his team. Unfortunately, our home's basement suffered considerable damage and personal property loss due to nearly two feet of sewer backup water during the August 2025 storm. However, our submitted claim was handled efficiently, and we are grateful to have had Joe and his team guide us through the process and help us to get past the clean up phase and on our way to rebuilding and restoring our basement space. I highly recommend both this agency and State Farm overall!

  Earlier this year the bank who has functioned as the guardian of the estate of her brother, petitioned the court to transfer that responsibility to my wife who has been the guardian of the person for over 29 years. This required my wife to obtain a bond to assume that responsibility. I called my Insurance agent: they don't handle bonding. They recommended several other agents who either did not return my calls or did not follow through. I called other local agents in the area. Although I got some interest, none of those agents followed through either. I finally got ahold of Silver at Joseph Woelfle's office. Yes, that is actually her name. Although she was relatively new and had never delt with bonding, she took on the challenge and was able to inform us her organization would be willing to do the bond. As someone who has been an advocate of World Class Excellence in Customer Service since the 1980's, Silver's level of customer service is one of the best examples of this idea I have seen in all my years. Well done, Silver!!!

  Man. I don’t even know where to begin with you all because you’ve been my agent for so long. How about I start with Rachel always being readily available to quote me or add something to my policy?! Man that woman is on top of it. Joe is so nice and personable and I love that when we have our meetings(to make sure my family and I have the right coverage) it’s like meeting up with an old friend. They always have my best interest at heart when I’m too busy and tired as a mom to read through every detail. This particular State Farm, goes above and beyond and that’s what we need more of. Thanks guys.
