As an example of their great customer service, I recently texted a question about our roadside assistance towing coverage. I got an answer within 15m with the answer I was looking for, additional information I would have asked for next, as well as a followup email with my insurance card in case I needed it. No back and forth, just exactly what I needed the first time. This has been similar to every encounter I've had with this office and I greatly appreciate their hard work there.
