  Do not switch your car insurance to GEICO. I have never had an accident and I’ve always paid my premiums, and I recently was an offender bender and went to use my full coverage insurance and basically had to beg Geico to process my claim. It took almost 3 weeks. I had to call three times a day every day. I was told I’d get a call back and never once did I get a call back. I basically had to process this claim on my own. Check when it went to the underwriter and everything. Not once did they ask if I was OK after the accident. Not only will this go to the Better Business Bureau, but I will continue to talk about this online because nobody should be screwed over like this by insurance companies, especially when you pay your premium

  They left me sitting 1/3 into the lane. There was no shoulder unless I drove up on the sidewalk. It took them 5 hours plus two companies that flaked and then called out for a third at 11:30 p.m. to find out that they don't have what they need to change the freaking tire what's the point of paying all this money if they can't even change a tire regardless of what kind of jacket needs that's their job to have the tools to change a tire sometimes even specialty tools that come with the truck. they left me there constantly in danger of highway oncoming from behind. When I talk to customer support all they do is try to blow smoke gas light and make excuses that are in their favor. They also talk and treat people like they're stupid and when they get caught on what they're doing then they just change it to a different subject. If you need Geico to come change your tire hopefully you don't get stuck for 5 hours waiting for someone to show up or die waiting ... because everything they did to me blew my mind....
