  If I could give 10 stars I would I was so frustrated after calling corporate and having a long wait time so I decided to call a local office I first spoke to Bella who was extremely helpful and then Rebecca who handled all of my issues for me and did an amazing job. Thank you so much for relieving so much stress

  I spent alot of time and effort into getting a quote and making sure I had the right amount of money in my account, after just putting a down payment on my car and getting the financing approved. I submit payment and thought I was good and just waiting for documents. Then it said I would gave to wait 6-7 days for the paper application to come in the mail. I was suppose to pick up the car in an hour. I had to wait till the next day to call only to be told they couldn't help me, it was a random audit. I finally found someone else. But when I got the application and details of it in the mail. It said it had to do with my credit. Confusing and frustrating

  A Geico customer rear ended my car and his word was against my word and he said that he didn’t rear end me even though I have damage on my bumper and Geico says they believe what their customer says and not what the person he hit says. They believe their lying customer so they don’t have to pay. He even told me he was sorry he hit me. Unbelievable. Be sure to call the cops or get other people who are there, their statements.
