  I post this to share our thanks to the team of Allstate Insurance Agency that I have delt with for much more than a decade (but less than a centenary, I'm not that old!). For their knowledge, expertise and professionalism, and especially their heart and understanding of each customer's needs. These people have helped me, and many others for over 15 years. Perhaps, not every insurance agency is the same, and for a good reason. Others can offer their idea of cheap rates, but as far as this insurance company is concerned, a balance of rates and coverage is important. And they explained this to me all in very real and understandable terms. As far as I have experienced, this agency has had the most wonderful people. To send thanks to, Jessica W. Brandon, Lindsay, Desirae, William, and their team leader, Joeseph, as well as all the others that support this work who are NOT named, that do so much of the much needed, tedious, and wonderful work, I extend my everlasting thanks and gratitude. Thank you for your line of work.

  I called in to make a bunch of changes to our coverage with Allstate! I was super blessed to have connected with Desirae. From the start of our conversation I warned her that I was going to be difficult and hoped she had the time and patience. I kept changing my mind and asking different scenarios, Desirae didn’t skip a beat! She remained gracious and professional through it all and kept assuring me that I was not being too much for her! With all of our needs, additions and changes she stayed with me the whole time and worked with me to get us the best deal she could! Anyone working in customer service could learn so many valuable lessons from her! And anyone looking to work with an amazing insurance rep should definitely reach out to her and her whole team!
