  I have full, bundled insurance coverage through State Farm - home and auto. I shell out quite a bit for coverage, but less than other insurance companies. In fact, I had belonged to Allstate for about 15 years, and they continued to raise my rates - customer loyalty be damned. After my husband researched coverage costs with many other insurance companies, he found Neil Strohbusch with State Farm. Now, to be honest, insurance is insurance. I'm not swooning over how much coverage my home and all my automobiles have. But what does make this particular State Farm agency stand out from others? The customer service. Neil is on his computer all day long. If I have a question, I can e-mail him and he responds really quick. If I call the office, I can either talk with him, if he is available, or another office personnel. Either way, the customer service is beyond my expectations and I can't recommend this particular agency of State Farm enough.

  Neil & his team are wonderful, easy to work , and they fight for you. I had water damage on a rental, couldn't get a hold of the adjuster for weeks, I called Neil to let him know of my situation. He listened, he was on my side, and was able to get a hold of my adjuster within the same day. Neil & his team are professional, they response in a timely manner and they fight for you. Highly recommended!!

  My experience with Neil and his staff exemplifies the true definition of customer service as he himself goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure not only needs are met, but educates his clients as well. Neil has been my agent for aproxemently 8yrs. Confidence and Trust are 2 hard things to come by this day and age when it comes to financial institutions/insurance agents. With Neil and his staff this IS what u get. I truly recommend Neil and his staff 110%. Jamie Ham

  Neil is amazing, super helpful and fabulous. We have used him for our policies for years. State Farm and Neil have handled a few claims for us and did a great job. Timely payments, easy to deal with customer service. Can not recommend them more!

  Great agent, very engaged on my Insurance needs. I've only ever done business with him virtually (phone/interwebs) but that's what I prefer. Perhaps someday I'll venture to the office and check it out. State Farm (and Neil) have my best interests in mind. Highly recommended.
