- EZEmma ZOct 18, 20221.0I bought my insurance from Grace Ang at about 100 per month. Six months later she raised it to 300 dollars per month without my authorization. When I called her trying to find out what happened she never picked up the phone. Then I called the customer service they sent her several emails asking her to contact me but she ignored. This is a terrible experience and Grace Ang is awful agent. She is doing fraud. Will never come back. She just stole my money.

Genevieve did a spectacular job helpinge with my transition. She is a rockstar and you can feel her "sparkle" through the phone. For twenty plus years I have always used the "cheap insurance" option, well, ouget what you pay for. Funny thing is I saved money switching to Allstate over my previous "war hero" insurance. It wasn't a hero. Allstate and Genevieve and Grace are the heros here. Thank you for being an honest and helpful service! ONELOVE.
