If you want to be able to speak with someone in the US that you can actually understand, you may want to consider a different company. The few times I have needed to call, I have been connected to an overseas call center and someone with a thick accent that I had great difficulty understanding. I will likely change companies very soon.

También tomo el tiempo para explicarme y no estaba a la carrera como lo hacen muchos agentes, que solo quieren ganchar al cliente para ir con el siguiente.
